Our products are made of natural leather that expands by about half a size to take the shape of your feet. Exchange Policy
We facilitate all your exchange requests, regardless of the nature of your issue. You can either return the product at the time of delivery and ask for an exchange or you can call us at +92 321 5152080 or email us at hello@zari.pk and we will gladly facilitate your exchange request.
All products can be exchanged within 07 days of purchase. Products will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This entails that they are unused, not damaged, intact, and packed in their original packing.
If there is a change in your order amount due to the exchange, in cases where the exchange order value is below the original order value, the balance amount will be provided to you as store credit. In cases where the exchange order value is above the original order value, you can choose to pay by a card or through cash at the time of delivery.
The exchange process will take up to 2-3 days in major cities and up to 4 days in all other cities.
Return Policy
Zari always facilitates your right to return a product if you are not satisfied with it. We will never force you to keep a product that you don’t want!

Once you return your order, you have the option to either request a refund or receive store credit which you can use for shopping with us in the future.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process as per bank policy. On the other hand, store credit will be provided to you immediately on return.
